ZoraChristina Catering was established in February 2015. The founder/CEO of ZoraChristina was created by Monique McGee-Duronslet. The name Zora is her firstborn. The name Christina is she and her husbandʼs daughter that Monique gave birth to stillborn. After the coupleʼs loss, Monique refused to utilize therapy to cope with her grief.
She decided to paint, and cook “comfort” food to cope with their loss. Her husband Michael Duronslet, is an experienced chef of 15 years and is currently in law enforcement. Michael was able to educate and teach Monique culinary terminology, which encouraged her to open a restaurant to expose people to their cooking. ZoraChristina has allowed her to hang up her stethoscope to bless us with her food as well as her paintings on the wall
